Job Description
At Lotus Business Solutions, we provide tailored consulting services to help businesses improve efficiency, reduce costs, and expand into new markets. We are seeking a customer-focused Sales Executive to drive sales through inbound and outbound calls, up-sell, cross-sell, and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming calls from clients, addressing inquiries and processing orders.
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services based on client needs.
- Build strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve client issues and optimize service satisfaction.
- Track all calls and client interactions to ensure accurate records.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to follow sales scripts.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
