Job Description

At Lotus Business Solutions, we provide tailored consulting services to help businesses improve efficiency, reduce costs, and expand into new markets. We are seeking a customer-focused Sales Executive to drive sales through inbound and outbound calls, up-sell, cross-sell, and maintain client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming calls from clients, addressing inquiries and processing orders.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products/services based on client needs.
  • Build strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve client issues and optimize service satisfaction.
  • Track all calls and client interactions to ensure accurate records.


Requirements:

  • Proven ability to follow sales scripts.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
