Job Summary:
As a Management Assistant at BCG’s Helsinki office, you’ll provide high-level administrative and logistical support to Project Leaders, enabling them to focus on delivering client impact. You’ll manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and expenses, while working closely with the Operations team in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain complex Outlook calendars and meeting schedules.
- Plan and coordinate travel logistics (flights, hotels, visas, transfers).
- Prepare and submit expense reports.
- Support internal event planning and provide backup assistance to colleagues.
- Collaborate with EAs, facility team, and other support staff.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced assistant or customer service role (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, proactivity, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Finnish a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
