Program Overview

Join Mondelēz International’s 2025 Management Traineeship Program in Bulgaria for a 6-month, full-time paid internship. Gain hands-on experience and professional development across core business functions like Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service & Logistics through job rotations and training.

What You’ll Do

• Rotate through key business functions:
• Marketing & Category Planning: Help implement brand strategies and support business objectives.
• Sales & Sales Operations: Learn the sales process, data analytics, and client engagement.
• Customer Service & Logistics: Understand service operations and delivery efficiency.
• Receive coaching, feedback, and hands-on training
• Work on real business tasks and collaborate across departments
• Contribute to meaningful projects that impact Mondelēz operations

What You’ll Bring

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Economics, Business Administration, or similar
• Fluent in English and Bulgarian
• Strong skills in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
• Energetic, entrepreneurial mindset, team player
• Strong analytical, communication, and goal-oriented approach
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
