Job Summary:

Join BCG’s Central Europe Marketing & Communications team, supporting the planning and execution of 360° marketing campaigns aligned with BCG’s strategic priorities. You'll help activate global and local content across multiple channels, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to data-driven campaign effectiveness and communications strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support development and implementation of strategic marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate content activation across internal and external communication channels.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop thought leadership content.
• Analyze campaign performance in collaboration with the Marketing Intelligence team.
• Assist with cross-functional marketing initiatives and continuous improvement of campaign processes.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Initial relevant experience (internships or student roles).
• Proficiency in MS Office and business tools.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Organized, proactive, and a strong team player.
