Role Overview

As Marketing Manager for the Bakery & Baked Snacks (B&BS) category in Romania, you will lead category strategy, financial performance, new product development (NPD), and cross-functional execution to drive sustainable growth aligned with Mondelēz’s brand vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and manage category financials with monthly performance analysis and actionable insights
• Develop and execute mid- and long-term growth strategies for brands and categories
• Lead portfolio management: NPDs, PPA solutions, and seasonal offerings
• Execute annual activity calendars and marketing plans
• Collaborate cross-functionally (CP&A, Sales, PCM, CI, etc.) and with external agencies
• Manage people and processes: performance reviews, development planning, and team coaching

What You Will Bring

• 7+ years of experience in marketing (FMCG preferred)
• Strong strategic, commercial, and analytical mindset
• Consumer behavior expertise, ideally in diverse economic environments
• End-to-end brand and project management skills
• Proven leadership, cross-functional influence, and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
