Role Overview:
We are hiring a strategic and performance-driven National Sales Head to lead Pinkvilla’s revenue growth across branded content, influencer marketing, display ads, IP sponsorships, and video monetization. This leadership role will build high-impact client relationships and steer business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Leadership
- Own revenue targets across all sales streams
- Develop scalable pricing models and monetization strategies
Client & Agency Engagement
- Build senior-level relationships across key categories (FMCG, BFSI, Auto, Fashion, etc.)
- Ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business
Sales Growth & Business Development
- Drive acquisition of new clients and categories
- Innovate with custom IPs and integrated brand solutions
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a high-performing national sales team
- Define and track OKRs/KRAs and drive team capability building
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with content, production, influencer, and marketing teams
- Shape GTM strategies for Pinkvilla IPs and new initiatives
Sales Operations & Strategy
- Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM usage
- Track market trends and competitive offerings to inform pitches
Qualifications:
- 12–15 years in digital media sales, including 5+ years in a national leadership role
- Proven experience in driving branded content and influencer campaigns
- Strong network with agencies and top brands
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and consultative selling skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-led sales planning
