Role Overview:
As the Office Administrator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all office-related operations, ensuring the smooth running of IMC's Hong Kong office. You’ll support senior leaders, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to a high-quality workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and submit service requests to exchanges, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee office maintenance, vendor management, and supply orders.
- Plan and organize internal company events.
- Provide clerical support: expense reports, file management, and document preparation.
- Offer EA support: manage meetings, travel, and appointments for team members.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
