About the Global Travel Rule (GTR):

Launched by Binance in 2022, GTR is a secure, scalable messaging protocol designed to help Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs) comply with FATF Recommendation 16 and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. GTR serves as a crypto-industry equivalent to the SWIFT network, bridging the gap between traditional finance and digital assets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct presentations and represent GTR to external VASPs and stakeholders.
• Support onboarding and technical integration of new GTR members.
• Assist with due diligence requests from new GTR participants.
• Contribute to go-to-market (GTM) efforts and market surveys for new features.
• Provide feedback to the GTR product development team to support continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in compliance, product, or business development at a Virtual Asset Service Provider.
• Institutional sales or account management experience is a plus.
• RegTech SaaS experience is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of FATF Travel Rule regulations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of crypto exchange operations and a genuine interest in Web3.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
