Principal IT ServiceNow Architect
Location: Philadelphia, PA (with other possible US locations)
Type: Full-time
Salary: $230,000/year base + discretionary bonus + retirement contributions

Role Overview:
- Lead high-level ServiceNow architecture and implementation strategy for large-scale, complex programs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative IT solutions that blend technical know-how with business understanding.
- Drive program governance and ensure alignment of technology with business goals.
- Design and review architecture and code; analyze complex ServiceNow landscapes.
- Translate business processes into effective ServiceNow workflows across modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM.
- Support digital transformation efforts using ServiceNow platform capabilities, including low-code/no-code and GenAI workflows.
- Assist with business development, thought leadership, and client engagement.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years ServiceNow implementation experience (development, configuration).
- 8+ years as an IT Architect.
- Deep technical expertise in:
- ServiceNow lifecycle tools (Studio, CLI, APIs, IntegrationHub)
- Integration methodologies and diverse technology stacks
- Cloud-native applications and microservices architecture
- Data analytics architecture (e.g., Data Lake)
- Programming paradigms (object-oriented)
- Automation tools (DevOps, AIOps)
- Strong communication skills, able to explain complex tech to executives.
- Agile mindset and experience.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
