Product Designer II | CrowdStrike (Remote, Senior Level)
Salary: $100,000 – $145,000 USD per year + bonuses, equity, benefits
Locations: Remote or Hybrid (26 U.S. locations)

About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a Product Designer II to join their global product design team. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and QA to deliver high-quality, scalable user experience designs for enterprise cloud-based security products. You’ll own design solutions from ideation through rollout, balancing short-term needs with long-term product goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely, high-quality design specifications aligned with project goals
- Partner with product management and engineering on execution
- Lead ideation within project scope and explore additional use cases
- Produce creative solutions to complex problems based on research
- Develop clear user flows, prototypes, and design specs
- Use storytelling to communicate design rationale
- Organize and expand design components with a focus on usability and accessibility
- Promote and apply CrowdStrike’s design system to ensure consistency
- Provide design feedback and guidance across the team
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of CrowdStrike’s features and services for cohesive design solutions
Qualifications:
- 5+ years designing enterprise cloud-based SaaS solutions
- Ability to lead ideation within defined scopes
- Skilled at simplifying multi-step tasks and complex data for users
- Experience creating and designing for user personas
- Proficient in end-to-end UX processes: user journeys, task analysis, IA, wireframing, prototyping, and research
- Strong skills in using design artifacts to align teams and communicate ideas
- Proficiency with Figma
- Some experience with enterprise SaaS products
- Excellent verbal and written collaboration skills
- Online portfolio demonstrating relevant work
