Salary: $100,000 – $145,000 USD per year + bonuses, equity, benefits

About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a Product Designer II to join their global product design team. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and QA to deliver high-quality, scalable user experience designs for enterprise cloud-based security products. You’ll own design solutions from ideation through rollout, balancing short-term needs with long-term product goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver timely, high-quality design specifications aligned with project goals
• Partner with product management and engineering on execution
• Lead ideation within project scope and explore additional use cases
• Produce creative solutions to complex problems based on research
• Develop clear user flows, prototypes, and design specs
• Use storytelling to communicate design rationale
• Organize and expand design components with a focus on usability and accessibility
• Promote and apply CrowdStrike’s design system to ensure consistency
• Provide design feedback and guidance across the team
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of CrowdStrike’s features and services for cohesive design solutions

Qualifications:

• 5+ years designing enterprise cloud-based SaaS solutions
• Ability to lead ideation within defined scopes
• Skilled at simplifying multi-step tasks and complex data for users
• Experience creating and designing for user personas
• Proficient in end-to-end UX processes: user journeys, task analysis, IA, wireframing, prototyping, and research
• Strong skills in using design artifacts to align teams and communicate ideas
• Proficiency with Figma
• Some experience with enterprise SaaS products
• Excellent verbal and written collaboration skills
• Online portfolio demonstrating relevant work
