Role & Responsibilities:

• Design web and native applications with a focus on creating excellent user experiences.
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Research, sketch, prototype, and user-test experiences for digital products.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, and mockups optimized for various devices.
• Identify design problems and create elegant solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Management on design decisions for new and existing features.
• Follow a user-centered design approach, rapidly testing and iterating on designs.
• Work closely with the UX team and other product team members.
• Champion new ideas, ask questions, and take creative risks.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design intent is matched during implementation.
• Contribute to team processes and design libraries.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to take projects from start to finish.
• Proficient in UX design, wireframing, and visual design.
• Passionate about UI design and seamlessly integrating it into the overall user experience.
• Expertise in design tools like Figma. Basic knowledge of React, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience using generative AI for rapid prototyping and ideation.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to understand requirements and design user-centered solutions.
• Strong understanding of mobile-first, responsive design, and UX best practices.
• Experience in conducting user research, A/B testing, and usability testing.
• Ability to iterate efficiently and communicate design ideas clearly.
• Comfort with collaborating in a distributed team and receiving feedback.
