Role Overview
ZoomInfo is seeking a conversion-focused Web Designer to create high-performing, responsive web pages that drive measurable growth—especially in lead generation and revenue. This is not a “make it pretty” design role—it’s about using design to move metrics.
This role requires someone with deep understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), UX hierarchy, SEO, A/B testing, and visual storytelling who can work cross-functionally with Growth, Product, and Engineering teams.
What You’ll Do
- Design & ship conversion-optimized responsive web pages across desktop & mobile
- Partner with Growth Marketing, SEO, Product Managers, and Engineers
- Utilize A/B tests, heatmaps, and analytics to drive iterative improvements
- Refine headline hierarchy, microcopy, CTA placement, and user flows
- Introduce visual enhancements (motion, micro-interactions) while maintaining accessibility & performance
- Use and evolve design systems in Figma, and ensure clean dev handoffs + staging QA
- Document and communicate specs clearly and maintain a high bar for craft
- Maintain awareness of Core Web Vitals, SEO, and page load performance
What You Bring
- 4+ years designing marketing websites or product landing pages
- Strong conversion portfolio (include metrics—e.g. uplift in demo bookings, CTR, etc.)
- Deep experience with Figma, including prototyping and component libraries
- Strong skills in visual hierarchy, typography, UX heuristics
- Comfort working in cross-functional teams with tight deadlines and U.S.-based colleagues
- Familiarity with SEO principles, Core Web Vitals, and lead-gen flows
- Bonus: experience in motion/animation, generative AI tools, and “Vibe Coding” tools
Why ZoomInfo?
- Design is seen as a revenue driver, not just decoration
- You’ll have real business impact—millions of visits, measurable growth metrics
- Access to professional development, design guilds, and continuous learning
- Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), equity, wellness programs
- Flexible PTO & a collaborative, performance-oriented culture
