About the Role:

Udemy is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the Udemy Business team. In this role, you will design tools and features that help employees improve their skills and advance their careers using Udemy's platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to create seamless, intuitive, and impactful user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to inform and validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product opportunities and craft solutions.
• Lead creative ideation sessions and design workshops.
• Manage end-to-end product design, from concept to implementation.
• Track the impact of designs and iterate based on user feedback.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in product/UX design.
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design.
• Experience working closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers.
• Knowledge of enterprise-level design systems and scalable management tools.
• Strong visual design skills and familiarity with human-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, FigJam, and Notion.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to advocate for user needs while balancing business goals.
