Role Purpose

Support the planning, execution, and delivery of capital projects across the supply chain. Ensure technical solutions meet quality, safety, cost, and compliance standards using Mondelēz's global project management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in capital project planning and execution (technical development, budgeting, feasibility).
• Ensure compliance with Mondelēz engineering standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
• Monitor budgets and forecast project cash flow.
• Use tools like AutoCAD and Microsoft Office for project tracking and documentation.
• Manage external contractors and vendors effectively.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (required).
• Experience in leading and executing capital projects.
• Basic–intermediate English proficiency.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office tools.
• Skills in communication, leadership, influence, and stakeholder management.
