Role Overview
As a Sales Manager for the Enterprise team, you will lead a team of Account Executives focused on large, strategic customers. You’ll be responsible for coaching, performance, revenue growth, and helping to scale Semrush’s enterprise sales operations across the EU region.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, manage, and coach Enterprise AEs to exceed sales goals
- Drive a metric- and data-driven approach to sales performance
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team effectiveness
- Oversee ongoing training to ensure product expertise and strong sales practices
- Collaborate on new sales initiatives and process improvements
- Support accurate revenue forecasting and reporting
- Maintain strong product knowledge to guide and support customer discussions
Requirements
- 3–5 years in a sales management or business development role, leading quota-carrying reps
- 5+ years as an individual sales contributor
- Proven record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience in SaaS, MarTech, or digital marketing
- Fluent English (other European languages a plus)
- Proficiency in SFDC, Salesloft, Excel, Tableau, or similar tools
- Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Travel optional
