Role Overview:

• Work as a Senior Analyst on the Topic Activation path within BCG Vantage, focused on Software and SaaS clients.
• Provide insights and expertise to case teams and proposal teams.
• Help develop and commercialize knowledge assets, tools, and intellectual property for the sector.
• Support onboarding and training of junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solve complex client problems with analytical approaches and customized solutions in the Software/SaaS industry.
• Communicate insights effectively to clients, senior stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Drive productization and automation of strategic offerings using AI and advanced data tools.
• Collaborate virtually and work in agile environments.
• Navigate complexity and ambiguity with curiosity and creativity.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years consulting experience in Software/SaaS OR 3+ years industry experience (4-6+ preferred).
• Familiarity with European software markets and local tech/investment ecosystems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degrees preferred), Computer Science or Engineering is a plus.
• Fluent English (German or French is a plus).
• Strong data analytics skills — proficiency with Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, or Python.
• Excellent business acumen, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills in a global collaborative environment.
