Job Description:
GoDaddy is seeking a Senior Manager of Account Development to lead new business acquisition within its commerce and reseller partnerships segment. This role focuses on building and managing a strong sales pipeline, driving revenue growth, and owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and sales plans
- Generate new leads and manage a self-sourced sales pipeline
- Lead full sales cycle including proposals, pricing, and negotiations
- Build financial models and forecasts to support deal structures
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and delivery
- Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in business development, consulting, or sales
- Proven ability to acquire and close new business
- Strong commercial and financial modeling skills
- Experience presenting to and negotiating with executives
- Familiarity with Salesforce and SaaS or payments industry preferred
