Job Title: Senior Manager – Account Development

Salary Range: $120,000 – $201,000 base + incentive pay

Job Type: Full-time


Job Description:

GoDaddy is seeking a Senior Manager of Account Development to lead new business acquisition within its commerce and reseller partnerships segment. This role focuses on building and managing a strong sales pipeline, driving revenue growth, and owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and sales plans
  • Generate new leads and manage a self-sourced sales pipeline
  • Lead full sales cycle including proposals, pricing, and negotiations
  • Build financial models and forecasts to support deal structures
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and delivery
  • Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders


Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, consulting, or sales
  • Proven ability to acquire and close new business
  • Strong commercial and financial modeling skills
  • Experience presenting to and negotiating with executives
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and SaaS or payments industry preferred
