Senior Product Experience Designer – Platform | Dynatrace (Gdańsk, Hybrid)

Join Dynatrace's Platform team to shape the core design of a complex enterprise observability platform. You'll own key components such as navigation, search, and custom dashboards—essential "OS-like" experiences used by hundreds of thousands globally.

What You’ll Do

• Design scalable UX for platform-wide features like launcher, navigation, and segmentation
• Set UI/UX standards and evolve the design system in collaboration with the Design Systems team
• Tackle complex technical challenges with product managers, developers, and fellow designers
• Conduct user research and prototype end-to-end experiences with a high focus on accessibility

What You’ll Need

• 6+ years of experience in UX/product design (enterprise/B2B SaaS preferred)
• A strong portfolio showing deep involvement in complex digital systems
• Expertise in prototyping tools, interaction design, and design rationale communication
• Passion for elegant, accessible, and system-aware digital product design
