Salary Range: $124,950 – $196,350 + bonus/equity potential
Role Overview
Join ZoomInfo’s Enterprise Apps AI Center of Excellence, a newly-formed innovation team focused on transforming Finance operations through advanced AI. As the Senior Product Manager – AI, you will lead the strategy, ideation, and delivery of AI-driven solutions that improve financial operations, insights, and strategic decision-making for the CFO and CRO organizations.
You will be responsible for driving product vision, defining AI use cases, influencing cross-functional stakeholders (especially in Finance), and leading end-to-end delivery of innovative AI features.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and lead the development of high-impact AI use cases in Finance (e.g. month-end close, ARR analytics, forecasting)
- Partner with Finance, Engineering, and Data teams to understand needs and design scalable AI solutions
- Own the full product lifecycle from ideation, proposal development, business case creation, to implementation
- Translate complex AI/ML solutions into business value and measurable ROI
- Lead development teams in building and testing AI prototypes and scalable tools
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders (including executives)
- Stay ahead of AI trends and continuously evaluate emerging technologies for new opportunities
- Develop structured implementation plans, use case prioritization frameworks, and ROI estimates
- Collaborate with ERP systems (SAP, Workday, NetSuite) to integrate AI into enterprise finance systems
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience leading data science/ML projects, ideally in finance or accounting domains
- Strong understanding of SaaS financial operations, including Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Procurement
- Deep familiarity with AI/ML concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, forecasting, anomaly detection, model deployment
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with ERP/financial systems integration (SAP, NetSuite, Workday preferred)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, or related quantitative field
- Excellent communication skills; ability to translate technical solutions into business impact
- Experience presenting to and influencing executive-level decision-makers
- Knowledge of data pipelines, warehousing, governance, and structured modeling in regulated environments
- Deep appreciation for data integrity and auditability, especially in finance
Technical Skills
- Programming: Python, Java, SQL
- Frameworks/Tools: React, Node.js, Tableau, Excel (advanced), Boomi (a plus)
- AI/ML: Hypothesis testing, regression, forecasting, classification, anomaly detection
- Data: BI tools, structured data modeling, data engineering concepts
