Senior Product Manager – DEX

Position: Senior Product Manager – DEX

Location: Remote (Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full product lifecycle for the DEX (Decentralized Exchange) platform
• Lead planning, feature design, and continuous iteration to improve trading and usability
• Conduct user research, analyze competitors, identify innovation and optimization areas
• Design features such as Swap, Limit Orders, liquidity tools, wallet integration, and dashboards
• Write PRDs and prototypes; collaborate with UI/UX designers for smooth user experiences
• Coordinate with front-end, back-end, and smart contract dev teams to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor usage data, collect user feedback, and drive ongoing product improvements
• Stay updated on Web3 tech trends and explore integration opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3+ years of product management experience (1+ year in DeFi or DEX)
• Strong understanding of DEX mechanisms (AMM, order books, liquidity mining, staking, cross-chain)
• Familiar with DEX platforms like Uniswap, PancakeSwap, Curve
• Skilled in product design tools (Figma, Axure) and documentation
• Data-driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with front-end web tech (HTML/CSS/JS, React/Vue) is a plus
• Strong communication, coordination, and project management abilities

Preferred

• Experience building and launching a DEX product from scratch
• Knowledge of advanced trading tools (e.g., K-line, depth charts)
• Background in UI/UX design or close collaboration with design teams
