Senior Technical Support Engineer
📍 Mumbai, India (Hybrid) | 🏢 Dynatrace
Provide advanced technical support for the Dynatrace platform. Resolve complex customer issues, mentor junior engineers, and drive product and process improvements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as senior escalation point for technical issues
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams
- Lead knowledge-sharing and incident analysis
- Improve support processes and customer experience
What You Bring:
- 3+ years in tech support or engineering
- Strong Linux/Windows, networking, and cloud troubleshooting skills
- Dynatrace cert (or willingness to earn it)
- REST API, log analysis, performance tools experience
- Bonus: Load testing (JMeter, LoadRunner)
