Senior Technical Support Engineer

šŸ“ Mumbai, India (Hybrid) | šŸ¢ Dynatrace

Provide advanced technical support for the Dynatrace platform. Resolve complex customer issues, mentor junior engineers, and drive product and process improvements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as senior escalation point for technical issues
  • Collaborate with R&D and Product teams
  • Lead knowledge-sharing and incident analysis
  • Improve support processes and customer experience


What You Bring:

  • 3+ years in tech support or engineering
  • Strong Linux/Windows, networking, and cloud troubleshooting skills
  • Dynatrace cert (or willingness to earn it)
  • REST API, log analysis, performance tools experience
  • Bonus: Load testing (JMeter, LoadRunner)
