Social Media & Content Manager (Web3/Crypto)

Responsibilities:

• Develop, refine, and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to support our products and brand growth.
• Plan, allocate, and manage a sizable marketing budget to maximize ROI.
• Design and execute impactful marketing campaigns to grow community size, drive user engagement, and enhance brand awareness.
• Engage actively with communities across other projects, fostering collaboration and cross-promotion opportunities.
• Stay ahead of market trends and insights, incorporating them into strategies for growth and innovation.
• Identify and explore strategic partnership opportunities to expand reach and create value.
• Collaborate with influencers to amplify audience engagement and increase brand visibility.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in setting marketing and go-to-market strategies within the crypto space, ideally with working knowledge of new token launches
• Exceptional storytelling abilities, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Expertise in Web3 growth hacking on social media platforms like Telegram and X, with a proven track record of running successful campaigns.
• In-depth understanding of Defi, DEX, Memes, AI Agents and latest developments on the Ethereum, Solana, and other trending blockchain ecosystems.
• Highly proactive, self-driven and team player, with a demonstrated ability to create plans independently and execute the strategies with measurable outcomes.
