Social Media Manager

Swaps.io is the chain abstraction framework and intent-based protocol that changed how dApps are built and distributed for billions of users across blockchains.

We are looking for an SMM with experience in DeFi/Crypto. As our first SM Manager, you will play a key role in attracting subscribers and interacting with our community on social media, primarily X (Twitter) and Discord.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing and growing our X (Twitter) account (this will be your primary focus);

- Formation and implementation of an SMM strategy;

- Development and implementation of quests and other activities to engage and reward the community;

- Formation and implementation of a content plan;

- Running campaigns and programs on X (Twitter) and Discord to engage the audience;

- Communicating with subscribers, creating a comfortable and positive atmosphere conducive to active communication and discussions, tracking user feedback;

- Keeping up with trends and innovations on X (Twitter) to stay ahead in the market;

- Collecting and analyzing key metrics and formulas, implementing improvements based on the analysis.

We expect from you:

- 3+ years of experience in SMM;

- Successful experience in managing accounts on X (Twitter) and Discord in the cryptocurrency field (you can immediately indicate links to the channels you managed);

- Understanding the work of X (Twitter) search algorithms, promotion mechanics and getting to the top;

- Excellent copywriting skills, the ability to explain complex ideas and topics in simple language;

- Knowledge of English not lower than B2-C1;

- Basic knowledge of Reddit will be an advantage.
