Role Overview
The Account Manager acts as the key liaison between clients and the agency team, ensuring seamless communication, project execution, and strategic alignment. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, oversee project execution, and identify opportunities for growth while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
🔹 Project Execution & Delivery
- Oversee timely execution of all client projects and tasks.
- Develop quarterly planners & monthly content calendars, securing client approvals.
- Create and analyze monthly reports, offering insights to enhance business impact.
- Track and manage the Scope of Work (SOW), ensuring timely and balanced execution.
🔹 Strategic Growth & Upselling
- Conduct monthly client meetings to review performance, discuss challenges, and develop future strategies.
- Identify up-sell opportunities within client accounts to expand service offerings.
- Proactively introduce new services and solutions for additional revenue generation.
🔹 Industry & Market Expertise
- Stay updated on industry trends & client challenges, leveraging data insights for impactful strategies.
- Utilize knowledge of social media platforms & paid advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter).

✅ Ability to present strategies & deliverables effectively to internal teams and clients.
Qualifications & Experience
🎓 Education:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Preferred: Communication Studies background).
💼 Experience:
- 3+ years of experience managing key accounts in a marketing/social media agency.
- Proven expertise in client relationship management & social media marketing.
- Experience managing platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest.
- Knowledge of social media analytics & advertising tools (Hootsuite, Raven Tools, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
