Salary: $100K-$125K DOE

Role Overview
You’ll act as a technical expert and customer advocate, resolving complex issues, driving product adoption, and helping customers maximize their use of Dynatrace solutions. Collaborate across teams to ensure customer success and influence product improvements.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced configuration and integration issues.
- Provide guidance and training to customers and internal teams.
- Advocate for customers in support and product discussions.
- Participate in business reviews and strategic planning.
- Mentor Technical Account Managers and share best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years supporting enterprise SaaS or IT solutions.
- Strong communication skills, able to engage executive stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, DevOps tools, and ITSM platforms.
- Dynatrace certification (or willingness to certify within 6 months).
- Proven customer-focused mindset and problem-solving skills.
