Role Overview

Lead a team responsible for optimizing account management strategy and execution. You'll develop operational strategies, mentor team members, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer value and performance across Adyen’s global client base.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Operations

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance account management efficiency
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices
• Maintain accurate revenue forecasting models with Finance
• Track KPIs and drive productivity through automation and streamlined workflows

Team Leadership

• Lead and coach a small team of Strategy & Execution Managers
• Set performance goals and provide ongoing feedback and development support
• Foster collaboration and cross-departmental knowledge sharing

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other internal teams to align strategies and ensure smooth execution
• Support leadership on strategic projects and planning (including off-sites)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3+ years in consulting, investment banking, or similar analytics-focused roles
• 3+ years in account management, customer success, or client-facing functions
• 2+ years in team leadership or supervisory role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision-making
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Looker (or similar tools)
• Willingness to travel occasionally (domestic/international)
