Job Description

Team Leader – Client Service

  • Location: Sacramento, CA (On-site)
  • Salary: $70K–$80K/year
  • Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • Level: Mid-level | Department: Corporate Transactions


Role Overview:

Lead a team of Client Service Representatives to ensure timely, high-quality corporate transaction services. Manage performance, resolve escalations, and foster a collaborative team environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations and team workflows
  • Set team goals and performance metrics
  • Coach, mentor, and conduct performance reviews
  • Resolve client issues and handle escalations
  • Improve processes and enforce operational policies
  • Coordinate training, team-building, and employee development
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and service levels


Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a leadership role (customer service or compliance preferred)
  • Proven experience developing team performance and mentoring
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and change management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
