Team Leader – Client Service
- Location: Sacramento, CA (On-site)
- Salary: $70K–$80K/year
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Level: Mid-level | Department: Corporate Transactions
Role Overview:
Lead a team of Client Service Representatives to ensure timely, high-quality corporate transaction services. Manage performance, resolve escalations, and foster a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and team workflows
- Set team goals and performance metrics
- Coach, mentor, and conduct performance reviews
- Resolve client issues and handle escalations
- Improve processes and enforce operational policies
- Coordinate training, team-building, and employee development
- Maintain high client satisfaction and service levels
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a leadership role (customer service or compliance preferred)
- Proven experience developing team performance and mentoring
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and change management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
