Technical Support Engineer II
📍 Denver, CO (Hybrid) | 🏢 Dynatrace
Support Dynatrace’s SaaS platform by troubleshooting complex issues across web technologies, cloud infrastructure, and application stacks. Engage directly with clients while expanding your technical expertise in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in SaaS environments
- Work across front-end and back-end technologies
- Support enterprise clients and collaborate cross-functionally
- Grow with continuous learning and hands-on experience
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1+ year in tech support or similar role
- Experience with SaaS apps and infrastructure
- Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience
Preferred Skills:
- 3+ years in support/development of SaaS solutions
- Familiarity with Linux, networking, containers (Docker/K8s), and full-stack apps (Java, .NET, Go, Python)
