Technical Support Engineer II

📍 Denver, CO (Hybrid) | 🏢 Dynatrace

Support Dynatrace’s SaaS platform by troubleshooting complex issues across web technologies, cloud infrastructure, and application stacks. Engage directly with clients while expanding your technical expertise in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in SaaS environments
  • Work across front-end and back-end technologies
  • Support enterprise clients and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Grow with continuous learning and hands-on experience


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1+ year in tech support or similar role
  • Experience with SaaS apps and infrastructure
  • Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience


Preferred Skills:

  • 3+ years in support/development of SaaS solutions
  • Familiarity with Linux, networking, containers (Docker/K8s), and full-stack apps (Java, .NET, Go, Python)
