Responsibilities:

• Own user growth metrics as part of the growth department
• Explore growth opportunities in the exchange sector and expand user acquisition channels
• Maintain strong partnerships with affiliates, provide operational support, and drive channel performance
• Coordinate and resolve issues across teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution
• Meet performance targets based on market trends and company strategy
• Attend industry events to identify growth opportunities and explore new partnership prospects

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in internet product growth or channel development (blockchain, finance, or tech preferred)
• Strong understanding of user needs and ability to design growth solutions from a channel operations perspective
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to collaborate with Greater China stakeholders
• Highly self-motivated, responsible, and capable of cross-functional coordination under pressure
