Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by optimizing acquisition channels and improving conversion rates through campaigns, UI/UX improvements, and cross-functional collaborations.
• Lead the launch of new partnerships and product features, boosting market awareness via digital marketing channels.
• Identify regional growth opportunities and contribute to the development and execution of growth strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain strong relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in product growth or digital marketing within the tech, fintech, or crypto industries.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and analyzing data to drive results.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Strong business acumen and experience with AI-related projects is a plus.
• Fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese to coordinate with international partners and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of crypto products and the exchange ecosystem.
