Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth in regions such as LATAM and Europe by optimizing user acquisition and improving conversion rates.
• Lead partnership launches and feature rollouts to increase market visibility via digital marketing.
• Identify and capitalize on regional growth opportunities by developing and executing targeted strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and mutual success.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product growth or digital marketing in payments, fintech, tech, or crypto.
• Deep understanding of financial product growth in LATAM, Europe, or other major markets.
• Highly organized, analytical, and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong business acumen; experience with AI-related initiatives is a plus.
• Fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.
• Solid knowledge of crypto products and the exchange ecosystem.
