Responsibilities:

• Own the marketing strategy and execution for Francophone Africa, driving both business and cultural relevance across the region.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns targeting acquisition, activation, and retention while focusing on community engagement.
• Design and manage events (online/offline) such as meetups, roadshows, and collaborations.
• Manage local marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation and maximize ROI.
• Provide timely reports and clear performance insights for ongoing campaigns.
• Collaborate with global and product marketing teams to localize and adapt campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in Web3, fintech, or an agency background.
• Proven success in campaign management, community building, or lifecycle marketing.
• Bilingual in English and French, with the ability to work with international teams.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience managing full marketing ownership with accountability.
• Bonus: Experience in Web3/crypto marketing agencies or startups.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in fast-scaling tech or fintech companies.
