About Binance VIP & Institutional Team:
The Binance VIP and Institutional team provides digital asset solutions to VIP clients and institutions. The team works closely with a wide range of market participants, including individual traders, trading firms, asset managers, hedge funds, and investment banks.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire and develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major global institutional/VIP clients.
- Expand relationships with existing customers through ongoing communication and a deep understanding of their needs.
- Build and manage key customer service processes, tracking client progress and satisfaction.
- Analyze user behavior to identify hidden needs, provide optimal customer solutions, and give product feedback to relevant teams.
Requirements:
- Sales experience, especially in customer acquisition and achieving sales KPIs.
- Proficiency in CRM tools.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales or client services, with a financial background in banking, investments, or FX sales.
- A client portfolio that includes institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private bank customers, and futures institutions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Passionate about crypto, with industry experience being a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
