Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a portfolio of VIP clients, including institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals.
• Deepen relationships with clients, understand their needs, and drive service enhancement.
• Contribute to customer service refinement and improve team management processes.
• Collaborate with local teams to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in sales, client services, or financial/fintech services (investment background is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of financial products, with derivatives knowledge being a plus.
• Experience with trading platforms and market dynamics is advantageous.
• Existing network of institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, and brokers is a plus.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and sales skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the crypto community (KOLs, Community Leads, BD contacts) is a plus.
• Passionate about crypto with industry experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Korean to coordinate with international stakeholders.
