Key Responsibilities:

• Support compliance and legal projects through document preparation, deadline tracking, and record management
• Prepare materials including project decks, updates, and meeting minutes
• Coordinate deployment of compliance vendor solutions and monitor progress
• Assist with business analysis, process mapping, and workflow improvements
• Conduct research on AML/CFT and other compliance-related topics
• Draft basic reports, presentations, and compliance communications
• Manage compliance systems and maintain data accuracy
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure timely follow-ups and communication
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling and data entry

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Economics, Social Sciences, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in compliance, legal support, project coordination, or paralegal roles
• Strong interest in legal or compliance fields
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel, Python, or similar tools; tech-savvy and analytical
• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and support urgent tasks
• Team-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
