Job Summary:

Drive programs and projects to maintain and improve Amazon Japan’s delivery speed through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration. Lead initiatives to optimize delivery operations with high quality and low cost, engaging stakeholders and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data and KPIs to monitor and improve delivery speed
• Understand operational and system interactions, communicate effectively with stakeholders in Japanese and English
• Manage medium-scale, cross-functional projects including meetings and task tracking
• Prepare and share regular delivery speed reports with leadership
• Propose long-term strategies for faster delivery by benchmarking global initiatives and collaborating internationally

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years in program/project management
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
• Proven ability to use data and metrics for process improvement
• Bachelor’s degree
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing end-to-end delivery projects and communicating results to senior leaders
• Track record in driving process improvements
• Strong stakeholder management skills across organizational levels
• Expertise in building processes, project management, and scheduling
