Role Overview:

Support compliance and legal projects by coordinating operations, maintaining documentation, assisting in business analysis, and facilitating communication across teams. Play a key role in ensuring smooth project workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for compliance/legal projects (document prep, deadline tracking, record keeping)
• Prepare project materials: kick-off decks, status updates, meeting minutes
• Coordinate logistics for compliance vendor solutions deployment
• Assist with business analysis, process mapping, and workflow improvements
• Conduct compliance-related research (AML/CFT, etc.)
• Draft reports, presentations, and compliance communications
• Maintain compliance systems (e.g., Relativity), organize data, run queries
• Act as liaison between teams for follow-ups and clear communication
• Perform administrative tasks: filing, scheduling, data entry

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Economics, Social Sciences, or related
• 1-2 years experience in compliance, legal support, project coordination, or paralegal roles
• Interest or background in legal/compliance fields preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and data-driven (Excel, Python, or similar tools)
• Strong communication and cross-timezone collaboration skills
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving ability
• Responsible, efficient, and ready to support urgent tasks
