Team Overview

The Central Product Team focuses on building core platforms and services to support Binance’s ecosystem, improve user experience, and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of web-based product features
• Lead product design for crypto deposits/withdrawals and blockchain-related flows
• Develop compliance-related features aligned with global regulatory standards
• Analyze user feedback and optimize UX/UI based on insights
• Run A/B tests and leverage data to evaluate product performance
• Monitor key conversion metrics and diagnose performance issues
• Produce regular reports with actionable insights for growth and improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management (crypto/blockchain industry preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles
• Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (required for collaboration with international teams)
• Experience with compliance-driven product development is preferred
