Location: Jabel, Mecklenburg-West Pomerania, Germany (Role based in Dubai, UAE with 40-60% travel across AMET region)

Job Description:

Manage and deliver industrial construction projects including new Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, Delivery Stations, expansions, renovations, and tenant improvements across the AMET region. Lead project execution from site selection to contract management while ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple construction projects including large-scale new builds and renovations
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and compliance with technical specifications
• Collaborate with internal teams, developers, contractors, and regulatory bodies
• Provide site management, planning, and coordination of subcontractors
• Perform risk analysis, design reviews, value engineering, and negotiate contract changes
• Prepare reports, technical analyses, and manage project performance metrics
• Lead cross-functional teams and serve as a subject matter expert in construction engineering
• Ensure safety, sustainability, and quality standards are met throughout project lifecycle
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels

Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years in project management, real estate development, or architecture/design
• Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, commerce, or business administration
• Proficiency in languages such as French, Polish, Arabic, Turkish, Afrikaans, Zulu, or Portuguese
