Role Overview

As an Implementation Manager, you will lead enterprise client onboarding and integration efforts, enhance onboarding processes, and train product analysts. You will collaborate across operations, compliance, and sales teams to ensure seamless client experiences and successful product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate smooth integration of key company accounts onto Rain’s platform.
• Work cross-functionally to customize onboarding solutions based on customer needs.
• Analyze onboarding performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Train product analysts on onboarding best practices.
• Design and optimize onboarding workflows for new clients.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve user experience and product utilization.
• Collaborate with product managers to define onboarding business requirements and user stories.
• Use analytics tools to measure onboarding success and report findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in product analysis or similar roles, preferably in fintech or BaaS.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with complex data sets.
• Proficiency with product analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Self-driven with strong ownership of tasks.

Preferred

• Experience in financial services or credit card industries.
• Familiarity with SQL and data query languages.
• Knowledge of onboarding best practices in tech-driven environments.
