About the Role:

As a Staff Product Manager in the Globalization team, you will drive the product strategy and execution of global market requirements across Udemy’s marketplace, subscription, and business products. You will collaborate with international marketing teams, partners, and product managers to influence and implement product roadmaps. This role requires working closely with engineers to define requirements, create user stories, and drive successful product launches. You will represent international users and enterprise customers, prioritizing their needs across Udemy and global engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the strategy for global features, enabling regional or country-specific launches.
• Develop market-informed priorities and requirements from stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, finance, marketing, and data science teams to deliver successful products.
• Define, monitor, and measure key product metrics and KPIs, iterating based on feedback.
• Balance competing stakeholder needs and moderate ideas to find effective solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12+ years of experience in product management, specifically with scalable SaaS products.
• Strong experience with global products and collaborating with teams across different time zones.
• A/B testing experience and a deep understanding of experimentation across multiple geographies.
• Passion for education and solving global challenges in the space.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical product management experience is essential.

Nice to Haves:

• MBA from a leading university.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Experience delivering products for two-sided marketplaces or platforms.
• SQL experience for data analysis.
