Job Overview
As Deputy Manager – Finance, you will be part of the Supply Chain Finance – Contract Administration Team, supporting procurement and financial operations across PepsiCo’s manufacturing network. This role is critical in ensuring seamless contract management, vendor setup, cost accuracy, and cross-functional coordination between Global Procurement and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Administration & Procurement Support
- Manage contracts for packaging materials and ingredients across multiple business units.
- Set up vendors and process related requests to ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations.
- Process and resolve price-blocked invoices related to discrepancies in freight, pricing, or terms.
- Create and maintain financial records including material attributes (standard pricing, freight costs).
- Generate miscellaneous purchase orders for procurement-related expenses (e.g., scrap, plate charges).
Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Supply Chain BU Managers to gather accurate data for material master inputs.
- Communicate pricing changes and contractual updates in a timely manner.
- Support procurement planning to meet launch timelines and budget constraints.
- Maintain compliance with internal procurement protocols.
Reporting & Analysis
- Deliver ad hoc reports for global procurement, finance, and senior leadership.
- Assist in data validation and enhancement for planning and decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Interface with:
- Strategic Supply Management
- Category Analysts
- Data Maintenance Teams
- Manufacturing Plants and Distribution Centers
- Payables & Supplier Maintenance (PFFS)
- Cost Accounting Teams
- Global Procurement Buyers
Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years in contract management, payables, procurement, or vendor management roles.
- Systems: Proficient in SAP.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities.
- Methodical and organized approach to document handling.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Analytical thinking with problem-solving abilities.
- Self-driven and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Curiosity to learn and a commitment to continuous performance improvement.
