Key Responsibilities

• Review contracts and perform post-audit comparisons against prior performance.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to understand market dynamics and KPIs.
• Provide commentary on contract performance and recommend improvement actions.
• Deliver timely contract review decisions aligned with business needs.
• Identify risks and opportunities in the contract management cycle.
• Partner with Sales to develop profitable, long-term contracts.
• Support business transformation initiatives and ad hoc projects.
• Use planning and dashboard tools for analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-6 years of overall relevant experience.
• Basic finance knowledge sufficient for operational needs.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with planning/dashboard tools.
• Average to good communication skills.
