Position: Blockchain Security Engineer (Smart Contract Auditing)

Role Overview

Conduct security audits on smart contracts, wallets, and blockchains. Develop tools for automated vulnerability scanning and monitoring. Analyze hacking incidents and emerging risks to improve blockchain security.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform security audits of smart contracts, wallets, and blockchain systems
• Write detailed, high-quality audit reports
• Develop automated scanning/monitoring tools for blockchain assets
• Detect vulnerabilities and issue timely risk warnings
• Conduct post-mortem analysis of hacking incidents (cause, prevention, fund tracing)
• Monitor on-chain risks and attack vectors, including fraud and phishing
• Understand EVM & non-EVM blockchains, Layer 2 solutions, and DeFi patterns
• Analyze new vulnerabilities and summarize root causes for future detection
• Conduct penetration testing on blockchain products and provide actionable feedback
• Apply knowledge of cryptography and blockchain security solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Computer Science or related field
• Proficient in Solidity, Rust, Go, or other blockchain-relevant programming languages
• Basic knowledge of smart contract security vulnerabilities, wallet security, and simulation testing
• Experience reading blockchain explorers and writing scripts to scan/track blockchain data
• Familiar with smart contract testing, pen testing, transaction analysis
• Comfortable with tools like VSCode, Git, version control systems
• Proficient in Python, Go, Rust, or other OOP languages
• Knowledge of code analysis and debugging fundamentals
