Role Overview:

Lead and execute IT and cybersecurity audits across Binance’s APAC operations. You’ll assess risks, improve internal controls, ensure compliance, and support automation in a rapidly evolving tech and regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify key technology and data risks at both global and regional levels
• Develop and maintain the annual IT audit plan for APAC
• Plan and execute audits focusing on IT governance, cybersecurity, cloud, and systems architecture
• Serve as an SME for cyber risk and IT audit practices across the organization
• Work cross-functionally with IT, engineering, security, and compliance teams
• Draft and present audit reports, and follow up on corrective actions
• Use Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Build strong stakeholder relationships with IT leadership and provide advisory support
• Stay updated on new risks, regulatory changes, and audit best practices
• Drive automation and data-driven auditing techniques

Requirements:

• 5+ years in technology audit, preferably in financial services or fintech
• Strong Python skills (e.g., pandas, numpy, scripting for automation)
• Strong SQL skills for complex queries and analysis
• Deep understanding of IT risk, governance, cybersecurity, and system architecture
• Experience with risk frameworks: ISO27001, NIST, COBIT, COSO, SOC2, PCI-DSS
• Experience in digital forensics, investigations, or payment platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Strong communication skills; able to collaborate with senior stakeholders (CISO, CTO, engineers)
• Relevant certifications are preferred: CISA, CISSP, CISM, CIA, AWS/GCP certs
• Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field is a plus
