Position: IT Auditor – APAC

Location: Naypyidaw, Myanmar (Hybrid)

Role Overview

Lead and execute audits focused on technology, cybersecurity, and data risks across Binance’s APAC entities. Drive audit planning, reporting, and risk remediation, while supporting the development of automated tools and data-driven audit processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess tech and data risks across APAC operations
• Develop and manage annual IT audit plans
• Lead audits covering cybersecurity, governance, and risk controls
• Use Python and SQL to automate and analyze large datasets
• Draft reports and communicate findings to senior stakeholders
• Stay up to date with emerging risks, tools, and frameworks
• Work closely with IT, InfoSec, Risk, and Compliance teams
• Follow up on audit issues and track remediation progress

Requirements

• 5+ years in technology audit
• Proficient in Python (e.g., pandas, numpy) and SQL
• Experience with IT risk management, cybersecurity, and cloud systems
• Knowledge of audit standards: ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, SOC2, PCI-DSS, COSO
• Strong data analysis, automation, and reporting skills
• Confident engaging senior stakeholders (CTO, CISO, etc.)
• Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a quantitative field
• Preferred: CISA, CISSP, CISM, CIA, AWS/GCP certifications, digital forensics experience
