Position: Senior Analyst – Center of Account Excellence (CoAE) – On/Offboarding Delivery Center (ODC)

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Role Summary:

As a Senior Analyst in the CoAE ODC team, you will support Deloitte’s client account teams by managing critical operational tasks related to onboarding/offboarding professionals and ensuring smooth account management processes. This role involves quality control, process optimization, and team support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and manage client data related to onboarding/offboarding using platforms such as Salesforce Navigate
• Execute on/offboarding processes according to detailed instructions
• Generate reports and provide status updates to stakeholders
• Review and ensure quality and accuracy of team outputs
• Handle end-to-end request lifecycle, including task assignment and quality checks
• Prepare process documents and train junior members
• Act as a point of contact for client account teams using ODC services
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and client value
• Support team management with tracking progress and coaching junior members

Qualifications & Skills:

• 4-6 years professional experience, preferably in Shared Services or Operations
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel reporting
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Ability to multitask and work virtually
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Experience coaching or mentoring team members

Work Hours:

• Shift timings: 2 PM – 11 PM IST or 11 AM – 8 PM IST (based on business needs)
