You’ll rotate across multiple business functions such as:

• Vendor Management (Retail): Direct relationships with brands & suppliers
• Partner Management (Marketplace): Support external sellers on Amazon
• Possible rotations in:
• Marketing
• Amazon Advertising
• Amazon Fresh / Business / Prime
• Supply Chain / Finance

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Depending on your track, you’ll work on:

🛒 Vendor Management (Retail)

• Own and grow product categories
• Negotiate terms with suppliers
• Drive promotions and selection expansion
• Collaborate across supply chain, pricing, and product teams

🧩 Partner Management (Marketplace)

• Support third-party sellers (retailers, D2C brands)
• Design marketing, logistics, and pricing strategies
• Analyze performance data to drive success
• Advise executives at partner companies

✅ Basic Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or completing one by 2025)
• Fluent English (spoken & written)
• Previous internships or work experience
• Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, formulas, etc.)

• Fluent German (not always mandatory but highly preferred for Munich roles)
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
