Role: Marketing Assistant Intern

Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia

Duration: Dec 1, 2025 – Feb 20, 2026 (Full-time, 12 weeks)

Eligibility: Must be graduating in 2026

Department: Marketing – supporting campaign strategy, analytics, and execution

🔍 About the Internship

This internship is designed for students with a passion for marketing, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll work on real-world campaigns across lifecycle marketing, segmentation, messaging, and performance reporting, with exposure to senior stakeholders.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Analyze campaign performance metrics (clicks, conversions, engagement)
• Own and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns (ideation → execution → reporting)
• Collaborate with internal and external marketing teams on brand messaging, promotions, and automation
• Develop targeting strategies using customer segmentation and behavior
• Identify and scale best practices between regional and global teams
• Partner with tech and business teams to automate marketing operations

✅ Basic Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (graduating in 2026)
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Excel and SQL
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts, attribution models, and channel strategies
• Demonstrated ownership of marketing projects or campaigns (university or internship)
• Available for the entire duration of the internship (Dec–Feb)
