Responsibilities:

• Drive user growth metrics through exploration of new growth opportunities.
• Expand and optimize user growth promotion channels.
• Maintain and strengthen channel partnerships and enhance channel output.
• Coordinate and resolve issues throughout the channel growth process.
• Meet performance targets aligned with market conditions and company strategy.
• Actively participate in industry activities and seek out new cooperation resources.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in internet product growth or channel development (experience in blockchain/finance preferred).
• Strong focus on user growth and channel operations, with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in both English and Korean to communicate with international partners.
• Self-driven, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong cross-departmental coordination skills.
